HiGPT Student Terms of Use

HiGPT is not a private personal chat service; it is an educational service used under teacher and institutional management.

1. What HiGPT Is

An AI service for education.

2. Eligible Users

Students of educational institutions.

3. Review of Terms and Privacy Policy

Login-time forced consent may be omitted to simplify classroom login. Even if no forced consent click is shown, students must review the Student Terms and Privacy Policy through teacher instructions, distributed materials, service links, or institutional guidance.

4. Information Visible to Teachers and Administrators

Teacher and administrators may review student activity.

5. Information Visible to Other Students in the Group

Group posts may be visible to other students in the same discussion group.

6. Input to AI and Transmission to External Services

Data is sent to external services.

7. AI Responses

AI outputs may be wrong and must not be treated as guaranteed facts. AI-generated output may be subject to class rules, citation rules, plagiarism rules, and teacher instructions.

8. Assignments and Grading

Notes regarding grading.

9. Information That Must Not Be Entered

Students must not enter unnecessary sensitive information or third-party personal information.

10. Account, Login URL, and Device Management

Students must not share accounts, login URLs, invitation URLs, passwords, or authentication information. Students must not use other students’ accounts. Shared terminals require logout.

11. Prohibited Conduct

Inappropriate use is prohibited.

If safety-related content is entered, teachers, administrators, guardians, or relevant authorities may be contacted.

13. Response to Misuse

Misuse will be addressed appropriately.
